Windows 10: Windows 11 pro can't connect to network share printer!

Hi,I have just purchase a new lenovo laptop running windows 11 pro Version 22H2, OS Build 22621.819. So far all is working perfectly. Except one issue. we have a shared network printer connected to another PC which running windows 7 pro. when i go to network --> looking the share printer the printer shows up in the list. Select the printer then click connect then error message "windows could't connect to the printer", i have the latest updates and the network profile i have tried private and public, same result. i also try method below: Method 1: Restart Print Spooler Method 2: Change

Win 11 connecting to network shared printer

Trying to add a network shared printer to a Win 11 home laptop. The printer is connected via usb on a Win 10 pro pc & is shared & accessible to the homegroup network. The Win 11 laptop gives a 0x00000709 error when I try to connect through file explorer. The laptop can access other shared files on the pc. All network sharing options are correct.

I have just installed windows 11 after some intrepidation i am delighted with windows 11. So far all is working perfectly. Except one issue. we have a shared network printer connected to another PC. when i go to "Add a device" selecting add manually add a network discoverable printer. The printer shows up in the list. Select the printer then next a get "Windows dosen't have a network profile for this device" i have the latest updates and the network profile i have tried private and public, same result.

Any suggestions appreciated.
