Windows 10: WIndows 11 Pro - confirmation email not received and I can´t activate it

Hello,I read through +15 different support and community pages and I couldn´t find instructions to solve my issue that worked.I purchased from the Microsoft Website https://www.microsoft.com/es-es/d/windows-11-pro/dg7gmgf0d8h4?rtc=1, not the Microsoft Store. And I selected the "download" option. It´s been over 24 hours since the purchase. There´s no product key in my Order History, I haven´t received the expected order confirmation email with instructions, and my Windows active versions is still Windows 11 Home. I´m completely stuck.Please provide a prompt solution or proceed to refund.

Windows Messenger Confirmation Email

No It didnt appear in my spam box but I updated to Windows live Messenger which sent the confirmation email and also verified windows messenger. Ty everyone for there suggestions

 

I bought Windows 11 Pro license online on Microsoft site but haven't received confirmation email with product code

I made a purchase of Microsoft Windows 11 Pro license online but have not received a confirmation email with product code. I can see my order as completed in the order history but there is no email with order details.

I tried to contact support via Get Help app but that it requires me to select a country and by some reason Ukraine is not in the list, so I cannot get help from Microsoft support. Is there any other way to get assistance from Microsoft support?

I logged into newly installed Windows via my Microsoft account which I used to purchase a license online but I cannot see any option to activate.

 

Never got Windows 11 Pro Product Key email

I purchased the Windows 11 Pro download but I never received a confirmation email from the Microsoft store with the product activation key. I have checked the 2 email addresses registered with my Microsoft account, but can not find the any confirmation email, or activation key code email. I am able to locate the Windows 11 Pro purchase in my order history, but there is no product key information in the order history. I have called customer support several times for the microsoft store but haven't been helped.

How can I activate my windows 11 pro purchase?
