Dear Microsoft Community Team,For the last year, I'm experiencing intermittent blue screen crashes on my ASUS ROG Strix G733ZX laptop. I'm running Windows 11 Pro. The blue screens appear sometimes after power up and sometimes during normal operation. I've observed that they are not connected with gaming, because they don't appear when the PC is under heavy load or running system demanding and GPU intensive applications. The most common Bug Check Stop Codes from the last 5 memory dumps are either 0x0000019c or 0x00000119 and are caused mostly by either ntoskrnl.exe or watchdog.sys Driver.I'

For the last year, I'm experiencing intermittent blue screen crashes on my ASUS ROG Strix G733ZX laptop.

I'm running Windows 11 Pro. The blue screens appear sometimes after power up and sometimes during normal operation.

The most common Bug Check Stop Codes from the last 5 memory dumps are either 0x0000019c or 0x00000119 and are caused mostly by either ntoskrnl.exe or watchdog.sys Driver.

I've already tried most of the TS steps described in the MS Forums and Community Pages, so far without any success.

Below are the 3 latest Crash Dump Reports from Blue Screen View, as well as my system information, TS performed so far and the full output from the V2 Log Collector in .zip format uploaded to Google Drive. Your help in identifying the culprit for these Blue Screens will be greatly appreciated!

Troubleshooting performed so far:

- Uninstalled the graphics card driver completely using the DDU free tool and then, installed the latest driver provided on the manufacturer's website.

- dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

- sfc /scannow

- Tested the RAM with the free utility MemTest86 and ran a full 8 pass scan to test the RAM for physical errors:

- Ran Windows Memory Diagnostic

- scanned for viruses & malware with the free Malwarebytes tool.

Lenovo ThinkPad with Intel i-7 processor, 8GB RAM, Windows 10 professional edition, suddenly crashed with BSOD, Bug check code 0x00000133, caused by driver hal.dll

HI, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Your data does indicate it is the graphics drivers causing your system to crash, everything else looks good and all drivers and BIOS are fully up to date.

You indicate you have already tried using DDU and re-installing that driver, try downloading and installing a couple of other versions of that driver to find a stable version on your system.
