Windows 10: windows 11 Pro do not receive automatic uptates except scurity updates

I had a BMAX NUC with a Windows 11 pro digital license installed and activated. The BMAX motherboard broke. I made a Backup SSD. I bought an INTEL NUC and restored the backup to its SSD. The INTEL NUC worked. I checked the activation status and it said that Windows was activated with a digital license. However, the new system was not receiving automatic updates except for security updates. It was currently on version 22H2. I managed to manually update it to 23H2 through the Microsoft catalog, but there are still no automatic updates except for security updates. What should I do?

i have some questions about the windows automatic updates in windows xp pro w sp/2. ive got about forty updates they recommend , mostly for security but i only installed two today. after installing them i found them in my add/remove programs in the control panel, if i add all these updates that is a lot of space on my hd almost 1 gig. i thought that updates just updated files and not created new programs. should i innore all these update suggestions from microsoft?
