Windows 10: Windows 11 Pro English in Belgium

Hi,I just did the upgrade from Windows 10 Pro to Windows 11 Pro.I'm located in Belgium, but for me a computer must 'talk' English I'm working in the domain :- .So my computer has all the menu in English, no problem with that, but the news, weather, .... all is in Dutch.I want it in French or English but not Dutch.Any idea?

Language issues in Belgium

Hi there!

My Windows Live ID is configured for Belgium and language is Dutch.

Now i'm having following issues:

Zune App Marketplace on my PC (Windows 7 English with locale and language Belgium - Dutch) is in French, but Marketplace on the web is in Dutch

Zune Movie Marketplace on my PC is in French, but Movie Marketplace on my Xbox is in Dutch

Windows Phone Marketplace on my phone is in French, but in Dutch via the web interface (Phone itself is English language, but Belgium-Dutch as locale)



How is it possible that the Zune marketplace on PC and the market place on the phone is in French while all other services show it correctly in Dutch?

I understand that the font on MS Paint window keeps changing when you try to insert a text using English (Belgium) language.



We tried reproducing the same scenario on our lab machines by installing the English (Belgium) language and we found the same results as you. I commend you for bringing this to our notice, as this can be useful for other users facing the same problem.



I would suggest you to provide a feedback using the
feedback hub app on Windows 10, so our engineering team can look into this and try to implement the changes in upcoming builds.

The font keeps changing to Calibri in MS Paint when using English (Belgium) input language

Every time I try to insert a Text in MS Paint the font keeps changing to Calibri, I selected the entire text , and tried to change the font and It did works , but the Moment I type , the font Instantly changes back , I discovered that it only happens when
I use -English (Belgium)-Belgian French Keyboard-, other keyboards do work except The Belgium one , My Laptop Physical keyboard is Belgian Type that why I'm using the Belgium keyboard in the first place.

This Problem only happens in MS Paint. (Office/And Other Image Editing Software do work).
