Windows 10: Windows 11 Pro Hello Face Sign-in setup Camara doesn't recognize

Hello,Please be kind to provide instructions on How to have the camara recognize face and activate facial recognition.The camara turns on and image face appears fine in the screen but no option to advance as per screenshot:Cordially.

Windows Hello is a more personal way to sign in to your Surface with just a look or a touch. The front-facing camera on Surface Pro 4 and Surface Book recognizes your face and iris, allowing you to sign in to Windows 10 without having to touch the screen
or keyboard. Or, if you have a Surface Pro 4 and a Surface Pro 4 Type Cover with Fingerprint ID (sold separately), you can use the fingerprint reader on that Cover to sign in with a press of your finger.

Windows Hello Setup Issue

Somehow the Windows Hello started to not recognize my face and I had to constantly sign in with my PIN lately. As this was becoming inconvenient, I tried resetting the face recognition and deleted the existing Windows Hello sign-in option. Then I tried resetting it but I don't see any button for the next step when the camera is shooting. I clicked on "get started" and the camera was on but then there's only "cancel" button at the bottom. Am I missing something or is there a way how I can fix this issue and setup the face recognition?

Hay my self Mian Shoaib I bought my new windows 11 laptop HP Pavilion X360 14 Convertible on 26 jan 2022 .But i cant setup windows hello face sign in option in my windows 11 hp pavilion x360 laptop.It shows that there is no compatible device but there is a built in HD webcam in my laptop and it works properly without any issue.All sign options works but this hello face alone shows this problem. kindly acknowledge me if i can myself do anything in my laptop to make it work. Thank you .
