Windows 10: Windows 11 Pro - Issue with copy and pasting AND title bar blacks out

Hi, I have been having constant issues with Windows 11 Pro since I disconnected my system due to the back-to-back hurricanes here in Florida. I have my computer back up at work and I still have the below issues. I need to restart each time they happen and it's super annoying. I have tried a few options to clear my clip board, check the system for corrupt files system file checker utility and checked for windows updates:Issue 1: Copy and paste function will not work. Windows 11 Title bar black





This happens sometimes when I right click on a app and click on "open up file location". I get this black bar on the title bar but only sometimes. I updated drivers and video card drivers as well. Also I have a completely different machine with the same problem with different hardware completely. I think this is a windows 11 bug. I have Win 11 pro 22h2 installed. Please help. Thanks
