Windows 10: Windows 11 Pro key purchased from Beneplace.com not working

Hi I recently purchased a Windows 11 pro key from Beneplace.com Through a tie up with the company I work at. But when I enter the code i get an error message saying I do not have a valid digital license. please help

I purchased windows 11 pro from amazon and key does not work

I have windows 11 home and purchased upgrade to windows 11 pro. Key will not work.

 

Upgrade Windows 11 Home to Pro using existing Windows 10 Pro key

Hi there.

I purchased a Windows 10 Pro license from Microsoft online back in 2015. I was e-mailed a license key which I still have. I've been using this license on a Parallels virtual machine on my Mac. I will soon decommission this virtual machine and I will be purchasing a new Windows PC with Windows 11 Home installed on it.

I plan to do a fresh install of Windows 11 Pro on my new machine and I was hoping to use my existing Windows 10 Pro license to activate it. From reading the forum it seems this should work. Any suggestions on steps I should follow? I see talk of people activating with a generic license key and relying on your Microsoft account to recognise you have a digital product key?

I bought a Windows Ten Pro key and it doesn't work...

You must purchase an upgrade key from Microsoft directly if you want to be sure that the new key will work.

Here's how to do it:

1. Open START
2. Type Settings
3. Click Settings or Press Enter
4. Click Activation & Security
5. Click Activation
6. Click Go to Store
7. Purchase Key
8. In Settings enter the new Key if it does not do this automatically
9. Wait for Windows to upgrade
10. Reboot
11. DONE!

Now this particular Computer has a working Windows Pro licence!
