    Hi,I am currently running windows 11 pro with GEForce RTX 3070 Graphics Card. All Drivers and updates are up to date. But when I open certain apps, I am unable to use them as my screen will just flicker from black to back on whenever I move the mouse cursor. I have identified problem apps as SteelSeries GG & Spotify Desktop. I have tried launching them both in a clean boot and I am still experiencing the issue.This seemed to start happening when I upgraded from Windows 10 pro. Please any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Greg

    Monitor Dim and Flickers

    I have a new Dell Inspiron 3668 cpu and running it with my old Dell ST2010 I have run the windows "troubleshoot screen flickering in Windows 10" from Windows help. When I go to task Mngr. it still flickers. So, I uninstalled the display driver as suggested
    and then ran the "Check for updates". The problem still remains. Any further suggestions?? My next step is to just replace the monitor and assume Windows 10 will not run it!

    Screen flickering in safe mode help!

    Hi Yasmeentq,

    I understand your query. I suggest you to follow the steps to get out of safe mode.


    • Press Windows key + R

    • Type msconfig

    • In msconfig > Boot tab >
      Boot Options > uncheck Safe Boot > APPLY / OK.
