Windows 10: Windows 11 Pro OEM Activation After Replacing RAM and SSD

Hi AllI bought Windows 11 Pro OEM and successfully activated it. However, after a month or so both my RAM and SSD became faulty. Therefore I replaced and got new ones. I then installed Windows 11 Pro but when I try to activate it an error comes up 0xC004C008 saying the product key was already used on another device. I have tried the trouble shooter built into windows but i am still not able to activate it. I tried contacting support but I only get the option of a call back and no live chat. Anyway, after 2 days I am still waiting for an agent to be assigned then after 4 days I notice they ha

I've a PC with valid OEM Windows 11 Pro OEM license. After changing SSD to a bigger one, MS refuses to re-activate the license

Activating Windows 10 on new SSD

Hi there

I have the Windows 10 Pro 64 bit version with an OEM license activated on my laptop. I would like to replace my HDD with an SSD. I would like to understand how to activate the license on the new SSD. Please note that i would prefer to do a fresh install
of the OS rather than cloning my HDD to SSD. Would the license be activated automatically or would there be any other steps involved. Please note that i would
not be changing the motherboard, just the hard drive. Thanks in advance for your help and support.

 

What is Trial Activated OEM windows 11?

I am buying a replacement windows 11 media PC. The seller has told me it comes with 'Trial Activated OEM windows 11', so **** is that! My old media PC (that I am planning to put in the bin) has a genuine Windows 11 Pro and a little Intel and Microsoft sticker. If this Trial activated OEM windows is some micky-mouse Lite version, can I simply re-register it with my old serial number and it will auto-upgrade to a real windows system?
