    WINDOWS 11 PRO ON NEW LAPTOP


    Hello! Recently purchased a new Surface Laptop 4 and upgraded it to Windows 11 Pro. One day later the laptop had to be exchanged due to a malfunction track pad. How can I reinstall Windows 11 Pro without purchasing it again? I ordered directly from the Microsoft Store but there was no product key included in the email - just an order number. When I click on the link to the upgrade, it gives me an error message saying "The link is no longer available." According to the Geek Squad team the license should have been released once I exchanged the machine. HELP!

    any laptop with more than 1GB of ram will run windows 7, i'd suggest a core 2 duo with 2GB.
