Windows 10: Windows 11 pro product key email never sent after purchase.

I purchased windows 11 pro but never received the product key email. I installed windows 11 without a product key and logged in with the email i used to purchase but the activation state still shows not active. How do i get my product key? Requesting a support phone call results in Microsoft diconnecting the call before i can speak with someone.

Windows 11 Key Email Never Sent

I purchased an windows 11 activation off of the Microsoft website and the email containing the product key was never sent. I spent $150 on the product

 

Never got Windows 11 Pro Product Key email

I purchased the Windows 11 Pro download but I never received a confirmation email from the Microsoft store with the product activation key. I have checked the 2 email addresses registered with my Microsoft account, but can not find the any confirmation email, or activation key code email. I am able to locate the Windows 11 Pro purchase in my order history, but there is no product key information in the order history. I have called customer support several times for the microsoft store but haven't been helped.

How can I activate my windows 11 pro purchase?

I purchased an upgrade from windows 11 home to 11 pro. There is no product key sent. the link to order help does not work - says the webpage does not exist or is mis-spelt. When I click on the windows 10/11 pro icon the same error message comes up.

Apart from the glaring issues of a tech company having bad links , how do i get my product key. Every automated message says its in the email - which it is not as the inks are not working!!!

It is next to impossible to find where to download windows 11 pro on your webiste - I dont want to see the features, or buy a device - iw ant the product ive already paid for but cant access!!!
