Windows 10: Windows 11 Pro streaming video capture problem

My Windows 11 Pro system was happily capturing streaming video from all of the popular streaming sources I use when suddenly last week it stopped. When I try to capture video from any of the popular streaming services the audio is captured fine but the video is blank. The computer I upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11 earlier this year has suffered the same fate. My ancient Windows 7 system is doing fine. I use three different capture apps and none work on the W11 machines now. Has something changed?

Is it possible to capture streaming video with Win 10 to a DVD? I want to capture a church service, not a movie or game.

Program to capture/record HTTP streaming videos?!

What I am looking for, is a program that allows me to record/capture a live streaming session on HTTP... Say if I go to a site where there's a live concert/DJ or something. I want to record that specific happening. I do NOT want to DOWNLOAD the stream, but record the stream LIVE as it happens! I am not watching it through any players like i.e WMP or something. I want the live webcam/concert/streaming to be recorded and stored to my PC.

Any suggestions on application that deals with this great?
