Windows 10: Windows 11 Pro Update Oct 18, 2022, created problems

Since the latest Win11 Pro update Tuesday evening, the start menu is missing,printing is not possible,the Windows Explorer Search function is gone, only one instance of Explorer can be started, the Snipping Tool does not work, the Windows Update Feedback function does not work, etc.What can I do?Thank you.*** moved to english Community ***

Cumulative updates for Windows 10 and Windows 11 - January 2022
