Where do I download the purchased Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 Pro upgrade I just paid for?

Unable to download Windows 11 from my purchases

I purchased a windows 11 pro upgrade on June 3rd. I can find it in my account and you charged my credit card. I do not get a prompt to download on login, I'm unable to download from my purchases. How do I get this link ASAP? Oh and your other articles were NOT helpful.

 

Re-download purchased windows 10 pro upgrade

I recently purchased new Asus Vivo Book laptop, preloaded with Windows 10 Home Edition. Purchased Windows Pro upgrade. Experienced technical problems with laptop. Qualified for a new replacement. Need to download Windows 10 Pro upgrade again. I have
order number/receipt and Product Code. I cannot work out how to organize this. Unsure how to communicate with Microsoft.com. Can someone help? Thanks, George
