    I have bought a refurbished PC with the reference Windows 11 Pro V 22H2 OS build 22621.4317 installed but when I go to get updates it says "your version of Windows has reached the end of service. How can that be?

    Cannot update Windows 11 to build 22h2

    Need more help than support web site offers. I would like to update a Windows Pro 21h2 to 22h2.

    I've tried every suggestion at Troubleshoot problems updating Windows - Microsoft Support short of "Perfrom a clean installation of Windows 11." That list is comprehensive and includes everything I would have thought of on my own and then some. None of the troubleshooting suggestions solved the problem. The system in question is a Lenovo ThinkCentre M90n desktop running Windows 11 Pro Version 21H2.

    In addition to all the steps at the above link, I've also tried installing by using Windows 11 Installation Assistant. Installation Assistant downloads and goes through the long installation process. But then very shortly after the reboot starts, it says, "Undoing changes" and boots back into the old build.

    MCTs for Windows 11 v 22H2 (Build 22621.1413) - aka 'Update 2' - to be released?

    Currently, the MCTs for Windows 11 v 22H2 will generate installation media for Build (22621.525) .

    Any clean install of Windows 11 v 22H2 (Build 22621.1413) will inevitably lead to an extremely long installation / update process.

    Are there any plans to release updated tools to generate installation media for Build (22621.1413)?

    If not ,why not?

    When will the Intel Generation 11 CPU hold on the Install of 22H2 be resolved?

    I should explain that I am not updating from Windows 10 to 11. I am attempting to update from Windows 11 Pro 21H1 to Windows 11 Pro 22H2, from Build 22000.1042 to Build 22621.xxx.
