Windows 10: Windows 11 pro version 23h2 / build 22631.2428 update

Hi Microsoft Community....I did the latest update " Windows 11 pro version 23h2 / build 22631.2428 " in setting - windows update - update history, the option " see what's new " doesn't work, any idea why ? see pics bellow...also nothing really change with that 23h2 update !!! compare to the latest 22h2... I did not install the cumulative update preview / windows 11 version 23h2 KB5031455, only because i always wait for the comming version that is not a preview....

Hey Friends, this is Gavin Mathos here & currently using Windows 11, Version: 22H2 OS.

I am eagerly waiting for launch & testing the upcomming "Windows 11, Version: 23H2" OS. What are the new feature you will see in the upcomming "Windows 11, Version: 23H2" OS.

Any information as to when Microsoft has planned to release the new Windows 11, Version: 23H2" OS.

Another weird behavior, as soon as I turned off this setting W.U. offered the enablement package.

Then I turned it back on after the update. ‍♂️
