Windows 10: Windows 11 Pro vs. Windows 11 Pro Upgrade

Do Windows 11 Pro and Windows 11 Pro Upgrade have different licenses? That is, can a Windows 11 Pro license be used to upgrade from Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 Pro?Thanks in advance,Joel

IE 11 and windows 10 pro

I am using IE 11 with my windows 10 pro. IE works fine. However, every time I access IE, it asks me what do I want to use to open the url. I check always use IE 11, but that does not work. Any suggestions? Not reday to use Edge yet as there are too many
limitations, so far.

Windows 10 Upgrade within Parallels 11

i am currently running Parallels 11 with Windows 7 Pro on my Apple Mac 2010 27inch. when trying to upgrade the Windows Virtual Window to Windows 10 I get the error message that I do not have enough Ram. The Apple Mac has 8gb of Memory whereas the upgrade
requires only 2gb.

I have no problems with running Parallels 11 with Windows 7 Pro but would like to complete the step and upgrade the Virtual window to Windows 10.

Any ideas please

download has been stuck for 3 days on 51%, Tried to use windows update troubleshooter but it shows theres no problems with windows update so im stuck with no options deferred upgrades is turned off as well so idk what to do please help,
