Windows 10: Windows 11 Pro windows activation error 0x803FABBD

Recently I noticed in the bottom right of the screen it stating I need to activate windows. I have had windows installed on this machine for over 1 year now and purchased it from microsoft on this website. I have tried the troubleshooting tool with the hardware change tool and neither work. I've run the SFC and DISM commands in powershell under administrator. I've also used the slmgr.vbs /upk command list to remove and add the key back that I found using regedit. That gave me an error as well 0x803FABBD. The only thing I can think of is I did a bios update a few weeks ago. Also, the hardware c
