Windows 10: Windows 11 Pro with winamp after 5 hours buffer error 88780096

I run winamp to play music while I write. The only thing is that after about 5 hours it craps out with direct sound buffer error #88780096 I am unable to find a fix for this. I have directx 12 installed and would like to have the sounds stable as well. I cannot uninstall directx nor can I manually patch it since it only updates through Microsoft Update. Any help for this would be greatly appreciatedJo

Windows 10 keeps muting Winamp

The issue could possibly be due to Winamp involuntarily controlling volume by itself. I suggest you to try the steps listed below and check if it works:

• Open Winamp Preferences window and select
  Output.
  
• On the right pane, select Nullsoft waveOut plug-in
  and choose Configure.
  
• At Volume Control, uncheck
  Enable.
  
• Save the changes, and exit Winamp.
  
• Restart Winamp, raise the volume now to see if it still resets.

internet connection error17 with minilyrics and winamp using windows 10

windows 10 , winamp and minilyrics. Worked for a week and now get Error code 17 Internet may be down. Done all the checks suggested. Using McAfee and have made winamp and minilyrics exceptions to fire wall. Any help much appreciated

 

why am i having trouble creating a play list on winamp in windows 11

Hi gang i need a lot of help here i am really not that computer smart so please be descriptive in your answers it will be a great help to me

i got a new laptop for Christmas and i love it however it is windows 11 and i am having the worst time getting my winamp to play correctly on it (lol yes i know i am old school but i understand winamp and know how to work it) however on windows 11 it will not allow me to create play lists any ideas on how to fix this??
