Windows 10: WIndows 11 Pro wont update security patches

I cannot get windows to install 2023-04 .NET 7.0.5 Security Update for x64 Client KB5025916 and 25915 also, and gives me this message : Install error 0x80070643Having problems sending documents to my EPSON ET4760 printer to print. Spoke to Epson and nothing resolved it. Definitely a Windows issue since the printer prints from Laptops and cell phones, but not my PC. Ive tried everthing available online for help. Nothings works.

Apple patches over two dozen security holes in recent patch.

Mac OS X 10 has recently been the subject of tons of security testing. To patch most of the findings of those tests, Apple has released a security update. The update patches irPort, Apple Type Services, Finder, Installer, Security Framework, VPN, and several web services. Windows 7 Ultimate (64) Security updates not installing.

I have been having problems in installing the updates that I have listed below. For each update I attempted to install them individually but they would not install. I also downloaded the SURT 6.1 KB947821 v27. The problem has been going on now for about 2 months. (whenever the issue with the updates comes to mind I am never near my pc). Thank you in advance.
