Windows 10: Windows 11 Pro/Workstation/Enterprise clean install

Hello,With the latest install version of Windows 11 when you want to install them you must have an internet connection and an MS account in order to proceed. I know there the ways you can make a local account but I would like to know if there is a way for Pro and Workstation versions to make a local account from the get go. Just like before were you had the option exept for the standard-Home. I am asking because at my work we have computers all over the place and at different cities. The issue is that our computers do not connect to the internet strait away because out network does not allow

Can I upgrade from Windows 10 Pro for Workstations to Windows 11 Enterprise?

I have a Dell laptop running Windows 10 Pro for Workstations that is compatible with Windows 11 and also have a Windows 11 Enterprise ISO. Can I upgrade directly from Windows 10 Pro for Workstations to Windows 11 Enterprise or will I have to stay with the "for Workstations" version of Windows?

Yes you can upgrade, it needs separate windows 11 for business edition iso file...

Windows 11 pro for workstation is better than Windows 11 pro.

Windows 11 pro for workstation is support Refs file system.

Windows 11 enterprise does not support Refs file system.
