Windows 10: Windows 11 problem after a program closes

My games seem to run just fine. No problems with crashes or anything.However when I close a game, all the programs I have pinned to the task bar open, icue, skype, xbox, discord etc.That is followed by a widget.exe error then 4 or 5 more error dialog boxes some stating files are missing.I can close them and continue to use the pc with no issue, but clearly this is an issue.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

Follow the below steps and check if it helps,

I suggest you to uninstall the Display Adapter drivers from Device manager and install the latest drivers from the manufacturer website and check if it helps.

Follow the steps for the same.

• Press Windows Key + X key and click Device Manager.
• Expand ‘Display Adapters’.
• Right-click on the Display Adapter listed and click on ‘Uninstall’.
• Install the latest driver from the manufacturer website.
