Windows 10: Windows 11 problems

I made the mistake of upgrading to windows 11. Laptop slowed down instantly. When installing a program it didn't happen. The windows defender was showing alerts. But when I would try to open it, it would ask me to find program to open it. Went to security center, and couldn't open anything or view anything, again same message "Find application from list to open program". So tried updating windows 11. Downloaded it and installation stuck at 69%.What a load of hoey. How do I fix everything? I want my laptop functioning normally.

To help you out with your concern, we suggest that you disable the add-ons in Internet Explorer 11. For step by step instructions, go to this

link, then look for the title Turning off and removing add-ons.

We also suggest that you reset Internet Explorer 11 through these steps:

• Go to Internet Explorer then click the Gear icon.
• Choose Internet options > Advanced.
• Click Reset.

(Note: If you have added Favorites, back up them first before resetting the browser. )

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
