  1. Windows 11 Processes eating too much Memory.

I am a new windows 11 user and I work with VMWare alot but i don't know what's wrong whenever I check my taskmanager even there's no app running still it's usage is around 55-60% and once I start the VMWare it reaches upto 95%+ which will make the VMWare dead. VMWare will work so slow while writing scripts. I installed RedHat on VMWare with recommended settings which are enough as per my work. For Windows 11 I have i5-12 gen + 8GB RAM + 4GB Nvidia GPU. Even with these configs the VMWare works like dead so please help me out with this.

    :)

[FIXED] Delivery optimization is eating up memory on Windows 11

How to fix the issue - Delivery Optimization eats up memory and uses bandwidth - FIXED.

Greg's replies in thread marked as helpful, but I thought I'll give you a short summary here:

1). Change the registry value of the process from 3 to 4 as described here:

Fix- Delivery Optimization service won't turn off in Windows 10/11 (thegeekpage.com)

2). If you notice that the value resets itself back to 3 (keep monitoring Task Manager if the process reappears and Registry if the value has changed) follow below instruction to "take the full ownership" of registry for this process.

How to Take Full Ownership of Windows Registry Keys - Make Tech Easier

In my case those two steps have successfully fixed the Delivery Optimizaion issue on Windows 11.

I found on the other forums that Windows Update setting is causing it, but I can't disable it because when I try to disable it, I can't open Windows Upate AB0XMwa3knw
