Windows 10: windows 11 professional how to recover bitlocked drive when bitlocker key doesn't work

I performed a system restore and that caused my computer to lock up because of bitlocker that I never setup. I entered the bitlocker key and it didn't unlock the drive? I have Windows 11 professional and don't want to lose my documents and emails. How do I recover my files or get my drive working without having to wipe everything and start all over.Please help! I am disabled and rely on my computer daily for medical appointments and many other uses since I can't leave my house so this needs to be fixed right away. Can you take a screen shot of the bitlocker window?

Also, what happens when you highlight the drive in This PC and go to the Manage tab? There should be some bitlocker options there.

As you can see Drive D is no longer present in BitLocker Drive Encryption.

When I click on this Drive under Explorer I got the option to FORMAT this Drive and when I click cancel I get the following.

When I do Right Click on this Drive, I no longer see BitLocker option like I used to.

As you can see BitLocker Option is not highlighted for selection. It's like Windows does not even recognize this drive as a locked drive. And this drive does contain lot of Data.
