Windows 10: Windows 11 Profile Corrupted after safe mode then downgraded to Windows 10

I opened safe mode in msconfig then restart my device since I'm checking my laptop if there is a malware or crypto jacking since I installed MS Word crack for the past months and now i realized that its wrong. When I'm inside the safemode, I pressed windows key and saw the spotify which I don't recognize that I installed. I right click on it and tried to uninstalled it then nothing happens. So I opened it and something flash for a second that didn't give me a chance to picture it. I just saw something about warnings regarding malware then it close. Since I can't uninstall it I just go back to

Hopefully it does it's like Windows Oddities I remember seeing stuff and Windows 98 stop working Suddenly It's because of a stupid registry entry will get it put in somehow and it would have to be removed that was for the optical drives even work in the operating system

Boot into Safe Mode on Windows 10  


I am stuck in Safe Mode in spite of following all the suggested steps to go back to Normal Startup - Like opening file location of msconfig.exe & running as Administrator. The computer I am trying to get out of safe mode has just been updated from Windows 7.
