Windows 10: Windows 11 Program installing wizards,Guis Look Pixelated

So what happens is:When i open a program installing wizard; it look pixelated and also when i right-click a program icon in right-side of the taskbar it appears to be pixelated.Same thing happened on windows 10.My specs:Cpu:Intel i7-10750H 10th GenerationGpu:Rtx 3060Ram:8 GBLicense:Officially bought from microsoft Not a crackSystem Type:64 BitsPhysical System type:LaptopLaptop Brand:AcerModel:Nitro-5Edition:Windows 11 Home Single LanguageVersion:22H2Last Windows Update Check:TodayLast Driver Update:TodayGraphics Driver:Up to dateCpu driver:Up to dateMotherboard driver:Up to dateEverything El

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
