Windows 10: Windows 11 Proxy settings http:// cannot be removed

I have a Windows 11 Laptop. The company needs to use Proxy settings in the company. For some unbeknown reason the proxy settings in Internet Options showing http://192.168.1.250 and in the New Windows 11 Control Panel it only shows 192.168.1.250 without http://. Which prevent communication to the internet through the proxy server.Even if I manually remove the http://, it gets automatically put back.I have tried removing all setting in the registry to do with the proxy.I have tried to put in place these registry settings below. To set up a proxy server in Windows 10, you may follow the following steps.

• Press the Windows key and I to open
  Settings.
• Click on Network & Internet.
• Under Proxy you can either Automatically set up a proxy or
  Manual set up a proxy server.

Windows could not automatically detect this network’s proxy settings

Hi - Just so you know, I'm marking this "problem solved". I found this online How to Solve the Windows Could Not Automatically Detect Network Proxy Settings Error. Doing the last step under #2 is what solved the problem. McAvee is still scanning incoming. McAvee & Malwarebytes still show no problems with a full scan. Thanks for your help and suggestions.
