Windows 10: Windows 11 purple screen repair

I have no taskbar, no start, and purple screen.

I have created an USB flash drive with Windows 10(it is an old version, I don't know which one), I installed Windows 10 with this, then the installed Windows 10 wasn't booting, it was stuck at circling dots, so I inserted this USB flash drive to repair it, when I booted from it, it was just showing purple screen, with no options.

I tried turning on my computer on and my full screen is purple. I could sign in successfully, but my whole screen is purple. I could see my cursor and I could only open task manager. I tried to open other applications but nothing happened. Immediate help would be appreciated.

 

Purple screen

Hi, whenever i try to turn on my laptop which is a Lenovo g575(an oldie but a goodie) it shows the basic Lenovo screen with the meanings of two function keys, then my screen goes black for a while, then it turns a sort of light purple and it only just sits purple like that. I have my cursor, I can move it and it does have the like blue loading circle every now and then but there is nothing I can possibly do to fix it. This doesn't happen every single time, but I cant turn it on and i haven't for the past month or so because of this issue, it wouldn't turn on. I have a corrupt file, I can't reset it, I only sometimes get to the advanced options menu when an automatic repair fails or Windows doesn't load where I try to reset it, it loads up to 6% or so and then it fails. So, how do I fix this?

(Edit: I forgor the picture but it just turned black. My entire screen is one color, a light purple or sorta ivory blue maybe?)
