Windows 10: Windows 11 pushes Russian menus etc., although system language is Lithuanian

I am using Lithuanian version of Windows 11:But from time to time the system tries to default to Russian as the main language:I do have LT main, EN and RU keyboard layouts, but dont want any Russian content - how do I remove it and force it to default to Lithuanian/English?

Russian language in start menu

I have started noticing Russian language in my start menu and in some windows applications (eg Calculator and Photo previewer).



I do have Russian language installed but its not default and I want my menu to be English.
I'm sure this is an easy fix, but if someone can step me through it, I would appreciate it.

Unable to access spell check option for Lithuanian and Russian languages in Windows 10

Hello,

I have this issue where only english language works for spelling proofing (where it underlines incorrectly written words). I have added Lithuanian and Russian languages too, but spelling proof does not work for those two.

P.S. It works for majority of the people in my office.

Any ideas?

Things I have already done:

- Checked typing options (highlight misspelled words is on)

- Installed language packs for Lithuanian and Russian.
