Windows 10: Windows 11 puzzling Internet problem after update

After the most recent windows update on October 12th.I connect to the internet but, for Discord, Epic Games, and Steam and every other app can’t connect to their internet services. Only Google and YouTube seems to work. I can search on Google and youtube and everything is fine but if I go to another website it doesn’t load. I have tried restarting my pc multiple times, went through the whole troubleshooting stuff and nothing seemed to work.I have found out that if I use a different wifi network, opposed to the Ethernet that is connected, it seems to work.I don’t know why after the windows upda

Thank you for your response.

In this case we would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below to clear & reset Windows Store Cache.

1. Type wsreset in the search bar.
   
2. Right click on wsreset Run command and Select
   Run as administrator.
   
3. Now Windows store will open, you can now search for the puzzle app and try installing updates if it has any.

Microsoft Jigsaw: cannot purchase more puzzles

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community.

• What all the troubleshooting steps have you tried to resolve the issue?

I suggest you to logout and login into computer and then try to purchase the puzzle collection and check if the issue persists or not.

I suggest you to install all the latest pending Windows updates as below and check if it helps.

• Go to “settings” and click on “update and security”.
• Under tab “Windows update”, click on the icon “check for updates”.
• Then once you find the pending updates install it and check.

1. Open Jigsaw Puzzle.
   
2. Search for My account and you will see images below
   My account, click on the image and all your last solved puzzle will be there.
