Windows 10: Windows 11 RAM limited despite having no limit defined in msconfig

I'm having a massive problem with my RAM in Windows 11. I have 32GB of RAM installed in my computer, which properly shows up in the computer information. However, when I check Task Manager, I can tell that the RAM is capped at a far lower value than this, as Task Manager displays my memory usage as just shy of 100%, but the sum total of all of my applications' RAM usage is at around 3GB. I can tell that this is causing issues, because if I have two particular programs open a game and my web browser, neither one will exceed 1GB of usage, but if I close the browser, the game will go up to arou

RAM UNDETECTED

I am experiencing a problem with my ASUS VivoBook X571GT. The BIOS detects 12GB of RAM, but Windows 11 64-bit only shows 4GB. This is affecting my system's performance. Here are the details:

• Model: ASUS VivoBook X571GT
  
• OS: Windows 11 64-bit
  
• BIOS Version: 312
  
• RAM Configuration: 4GB soldered + 8GB additional (total 12GB)
  

Issue: BIOS shows 12GB, Windows shows only 4GB.

RAM Limitation (Windows 11)

had a problem with a bunch software like : Sketchup, Adobe Family (Premiere Pro, After Effect), and also Lumion 10 that not smoothly running while ram usage still 50. for example i create a 3D things in Sketchup and Lumion while ram usage still 50 but very laggy. it's like windows has limited ram usage and cant push to the max performance (note: i've already activate performance mode)

Windows 11 2.5Gigabit limited to 1Gbits

Hello i Run Windows 11 on PC and i use a USB 2.5Gbits Ethernet adapter

at home, i have a 10Gbits Switch, and all linked with Cat 7 Ethernet Cable

I run many test, but it seems that win 11 limit my connection.

One of the most significative test is :

I run nperf test to check my internet connection from my PC i get 900Mbs Down & 700Mbs Up

I run same nperf test, from the same PC with the same cable, same network adapter, but boot on Ubuntu live USB Key, i get : 2.5Gbs Down & 700Mbs Up

700Mbs limit is due to my Internet provider, but for download i have no problem to use my 2.5Gbps ethernet adapter with ubuntu but not with Windows

I checked Bandwith limit in windows but nothing is defined.

Is there any limitation with windows 11 ?
