Windows 10: Windows 11 Random Blue Screen Crash, May be Associated with Freezing

Hello, Windows 11 is blue screen crashing, apparently randomly.The last crash was due to: memory management. I have not observed any correlation with any actions/programmes etc. I observe the following, though may be unrelated:I have experienced crashes on a couple of occasions when initiating periodic restarts,I.e. I generally restart every couple of days, according to my experience with legacy Windows, and the crash occurs just after I elect: Windows, and restart.The computer periodically freezes for a few seconds, one, to two, occasions per day, andThe computer recovers on oc

Random Crash/Freeze on Build 10130


Hello everyone.

I have been running the Windows 10 preview for the last few months and other than a driver issue here or there, did not experience any real problems. However, with the last update to build 10130, I have been experiencing a random crash/freeze that manifests itself in one of two ways:

1. If I step away from the computer and come back before the monitor is set to go to sleep, I will come back to a frozen cursor, unable to do anything.
2. If I step away from the computer and come back after the monitor has gone to sleep, I will come back to a black screen, unable to do anything.

In both cases, I have to hold the power button in to shut down the computer for a restart.

Any direction or help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Random Windows Blue screens with windows 10 and 11

So ive been having random blue screens with windows 10 and 11. i used windows 10 and noticed that i got random blue screens so i upgraded to windows 11 and i have the same problem please help.

 

The screen freezes and blue screen crashes

it freezes randomly n does not recover unless i force restart my pc I've tried everything from the list of options for blue screen crashes but none of them worked for me if there are other ways to fix it pls do tell or do I need to bring my pc to a shop
or dell to fix it
