Windows 10: Windows 11 random micro lag/freeze

This mostly mostly happens when gaming, but sometimes micro lag also when just doing browsing or using other software. It can be very noticeable when gaming, the game can freeze for a second then go back to normal. I have also had an issue with discord ever since installing Windows 11 when the voice will randomly cut out and then speed up quick to catch up, this doesn't happen on discord web.the only 2 things I have done recently - upgraded from windows 10 to 11, installed a new wifi card.what i have tried-GPU - DDU tools, uninstalled and reinstalled drivers-Bios Update-Memory check with windo

We would like to know more about your lag issue:

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.

Random freezes or shut downs

Hrrmmmm... but wouldnt formatting and reinstalling windows fix the issue since the virus/trojan/spyware isnt on the system any longer?
