Windows 10: Windows 11 random rebooting apparently from hypervisor error

Hi, I am currently on Windows 11 23H2 OS Build 22631.4317 and my PC will randomly reboot sometimes days after booting up and sometimes a few hours. For example today October 24th it rebooted at 2:57am and then again at 3:36pm. Prior to that it randomly rebooted on the 23rd, 22nd, 20th, 15th, 14th, 12th and more. When I check the event viewer it shows the following Event IDs in this order each time it reboots 6008, 162, 41, 1001. How do I explain what steps I took... I ran dm_log_collector.exe but not sure how results were actually acquired/interpreted.

I need to be able to explain steps I took and steps taken to reproduce.

Windows 11 Hypervisor error (Blue Screen)

Hi, thanks for patiently waiting, as per checking and analyzing the DMP files, there is an error avgVmm.sys, this error comes from your AVG anti-virus, in this case, I suggest uninstalling the third-party anti-virus first as it has conflict with the Hypervisor, kindly follow the steps from this link:

Note: If the issue persists, kindly update your BIOS by going to PC manufacturers to download and contact the PC manufacturer for them to install the latest BIOS update for you, and if still the same, I suggest contacting a local technician to physically check the device for any hardware-related issues.

 

Random Reboots

I've had, as the title suggests, random reboots for the length of the time since I've built my computer (2 years roughly) and they're completely inexplicable.

It happens under no load, high load, watching movies, listening to music, playing games, browsing the web, sitting by itself in the room when the my sleeping monitor is even saying WTF?!

There aren't any Events to view other than the usual 0xC*D event when the service just shrugs at me.

Any thoughts or suggestions? Maybe someone has had the same problem before and it was just a loose molex connection? I'm baffled.
