    Windows 11 Random Shut-Downs


    Ever since I downloaded and installed Windows 11, my computer randomly shuts down.I am using a Dell XPS 13 as my primary computer. It did not have any problems like this when I was running Windows 10. There appears to be no trigger or reason for the shut down. Everything just goes dark. When I press the button on my docking station to power-up again, it looks like the image on the login screen has been updated for some reason I did not indicate if I "liked" or "disliked" it before the shut down, and it seems the PC has actually just randomly gone into sleep mode thankfully I didn't lose any

    Random shut down and restart??

    Computer: Intel (R) Pentium (R) Dual cpu
    E220@2.406hz
    2.42 GHZ, 2.00 GB of RAM
    Windows xp

    Ever since I replaced the fan (with heat sink) the computer has randomly shut down and then restarted, at first during streaming, and now, will shut down and restart anytime. I tried to replace the graphics card to no avail. *Confused Windows 11 Random Shut-Downs :confused:*Mad Windows 11 Random Shut-Downs :mad:

    One suggestion was to replace the RAM.

    Any suggestions on how to repair my computer?

    Random shut downs

    Could be a software conflict of some sort. What programs are running when it shuts down? I had a thing like this happen to me with an AMD setup a couple years back. Core Temp would cause random shut downs.

    Hrrmmmm... but wouldnt formatting and reinstalling windows fix the issue since the virus/trojan/spyware isnt on the system any longer?
