Windows 10: Windows 11 random yellow dots appearing on monitors after update

I have several random yellow dots on my monitors after last update. They are about 1/2 in in diameter on 27in monitors. I have 3 monitors. I have 1 dot on monitor 1, 2 dots on monitor 2 , and 2 dots on monitor 3. The placement of the dots appears to be random as well.

Red and Blue dots appearing on second monitor

After a long time, I have managed to solve this problem. I just switched back and forth from Full HD resolution to the resolution of the monitor and voila, the problem was solved.

Follow the steps below:

1. display adapter settings

2. display adapter properties

3. click list all modes

4. Now just click the highest resolution in the list (i tried both 32-bit and interlaced) and apply it. After a while, switch back to the original resolution of your monitor (In my case it was 1360X768) and the red/blue dots will disappear.

 

Mail app- dot appears in text box.

As of now, I would suggest that you perform the steps mentioned below and check if the issue persist.



Step 1: Run App Troubleshooter.

• On the search bar type “Troubleshooter”
• Click on troubleshooter, on the left view pane, locate “View All”.
• Then locate and click on “Windows Store Apps”.

Stuck at spinning white dots with yellow background

When I turn on my computer it loads past the windows icon and spinning dots perfectly, but as soon as that is done a yellow background appears and a larger group of spinning white dots appear. what should I do to fix this I don't want to re-install windows.
