Windows 10: Windows 11 randomly changed my D:/ drive name to J:/ drive!???

Discus and support Windows 11 randomly changed my D:/ drive name to J:/ drive!??? in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; Not at all sure how this happened, but I just noticed that my external storage back up name was changed from the D:/ drive to J:/ drive!Now my back ups...     Windows 11 randomly changed my D:/ drive name to J:/ drive!???


    Not at all sure how this happened, but I just noticed that my external storage back up name was changed from the D:/ drive to J:/ drive!Now my back ups wont work becuase the system is looking for a D:/ as the target drive for back ups. Ive tried to change the drive name back to D:/ but the D drive option is no longer avaiable as if its already in use.Not sure if it matters, but I just loaded the latest SW update for Win 11.Please help, all my back up are on hold until I can re-establish the D:/ drive target location. This includes by BackBlaze back ups whic are taken from the external NAS
