Windows 10: Windows 11 Randomly Stutters

Greetings Everyone, About a month ago, I have done a free upgrade from Windows 10 to 11. However, upon upgrading my OS, I have noticed a persistent issue where my computer would slow down and stutter after a while of being on the computer. The only way to temporarily fix this issue is to shut down the computer, wait about 5 seconds, then start it up again. These issue's would not be occurring on my previous Windows 10 OS. Window 11 Stutter

Hello, I had an issue with Window 11, it will randomly stutter which background image suddenly change to black, pin program at taskbar will also missing. Few second after the stutter all will okay back. It happened quite often. Before this Im using Window 10, no problem at all. Please help. It is quite annoying.

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help since you have done basic troubleshooting steps for stuttering PC, I suggest doing an in-place upgrade wherein it will upgrade the device to the latest version and repair all issues without deleting any files.

[SOLVED] General "stuttering" not GPU related

I had similar stuttering including on desktop a long time ago on a X58 i7 930 and HD5870 that randomly and rarely appeared. I never found what the issue really was, but as I changed hard drive to an SSD and installed fresh windows, the issue went away.

Before doing anything i suggest trying to determine if a peripheral on ur PC is causing this issue (due to drivers?) and trying a different GPU driver version performing a clean install for it.

Your next step would be to remove your SSD, make a partition on your 750GB HDD and install a fresh version of windows so you can determine that its either the SSD or a random windows/driver conflict.
