Windows 10: windows 11 reeboots to blue screen no sign in options

hi am having problem i am having problems when i reeboot w11 it goes through to blue screen not bosd i can here windows starting up just know sign in options tryedafater a full system install twice email *** Email address is removed for privacy *** thanks
