Windows 10: Windows 11 reinstall stuck

Discus and support Windows 11 reinstall stuck in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I am reinstalling Windows 11 due to some issues, and now have a install issue.     Windows 11 reinstall stuck


    I am reinstalling Windows 11 due to some issues, and now have a install issue. The install has been stuck at 69 % for about 12 hours, Its goes up to 79 percent when then in a brief second shoots to 89 % percent shutdowns and goes back to 69 % and repeats this process. I have obsereved this happen around 30-40 times over the past couple of hours; However it is more likely this has happened 100s of times over the past 12 hours or more.. I cannot start my computer due to this install issue.Is there someway to restart the reinstall of the reinstall?
