Windows 10: Windows 11 Reinstall stuck

After having multiple issues with apps, I decided to just do a fresh reinstall of Windows 11. The install always starts at 69 percent, then downloads to 79 percent, then stalls after a few moments jumps to 89 percent and the computer then restarts repeating this process exactly the same every single time. I have observed this process happen about 25 times. However it is safe to say this has happened at-least 100 times since yesterday when I started.1> I cannot get the Advanced Start-up to work, tried for about 45 minutes earlier, could not get it to pop even after watching multiple tutorial

Windows 11 reinstall stuck in boot loop

Hello, so i have reinstalled Windows 11, went through every step and when it got to the installation process it got stuck in a boot loop.

Any ideas about what i can do? (I have one ssd and one hdd and I disconnected the hdd in case it might be interfering)

 

Windows 11 Reinstallation Stuck At 64%

Hello,

Recently I had to help my father with a new computer his coworker had given him. The long story short is my best idea was to reinstall Windows as I’d be able to fix what his coworker had done in the simplest way possible.

Unfortunately, I’m at the common issue of the installation getting stuck at 64%, but I’m hesitant to try any of the fixes listed on other threads since they’re often linked to Windows 10 upgrading to Windows 11, not Windows 11 just being reinstalled. I don’t have the current requirements (like an available USB) to do a clean install of Windows 11, so I was wondering if there was any other options I could take, or should I recommend he go to a tech place?

Apologies for my inexperienced technical jargon, but I don’t want this to be an issue for him.

Hi there I'm using a dell inspiron 3501.

I always experience BSODs in my windows 11 PC. So now I'm trying to reinstall windows 11. I have backed up all the important files as well...

But at the moment I am confused whether should I reset my PC by removing all the files or clean install or a fresh start. Can you give me any suggestion and how the method actually works and the steps that I should follow to reinstall windows 11?
