My wife's laptop got locked out. I down loaded a Windows 11 reinstall USB from Microsoft. When using it, it gets to a point where it needs a network adaptor driver. All the HP drivers seem to be .exe files only. I do not seem to be able to go any further. This is an HP 15-fc0003ca. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    :)
