    Windows 11 Repair 'Disk'


    On Windows 7 - 10 from Control Panel one could make a repair 'disk'. This you could boot up the PC from and carry out repairs. You could also make an Image to re-install. However when Windows 10 came it became too large for a DVD. So it then allowed you to create these on a suitably large USB. And anyway many laptops don't come with CD players. And most people don't need CD and use USB. On Windows 11 from the System Back up when I go to make a repair disk it will only burn to a CD?? I have just made a DVD Windows 11 repair disk. I have a plug in DVD/CD player just in case I need it.
