Windows 10: Windows 11 Requirements

Hello there, my CPU or processor "isn't compatible" with windows 11. It says here that my CPU doesn't support Windows 11, which it does from my research. My CPU is a AMD A6-9220 Radeon R4, 5 Compute cores 2C+3G, It is 2.5 GHz CPU with 2 cores but it is not letting me update to Windows 11. I met all of the other Windows 11 specifications expect this one. My laptop is 3 years old, which could possibly be the problem tho. Can anyone help?

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
