    Windows 11 resets itself after force shutdown


    Today my PC stuck, I decided to force shutdown by pressing power button for 15 to 20 seconds. After powering on everything was reset no any personal found.It happens everytime I shutdown/restart the PC resets itself with no any persaonal data saved. Behave like it has been on a live boot.

    Hello,

    To help you resolve your concern, we suggest that you follow the instructions below:

    Power cycle your device. Here are the steps:

    • Force shutdown your computer by pressing and holding the power button down for 5 to 10 seconds.
    • Remove all the attached cables for 2 minutes then put them back on.
    If the same thing happens, we suggest that you perform the reset again.

    WINDOWS 11 shutdown black screen

    Hi everyone, recently upgraded to windows 11 and I’ve been having this persistent issue sometimes. I can’t shutdown my laptop normally.

    I ensure all my apps are closed and properly shutdown but this doesn’t work sometimes unless I force the shutdown by pressing the power button.

    Please kindly suggest a fix, because I never experienced this on Windows 10
