Windows 10: Windows 11 restart loop

Sometimes my cursor will not load I have tried to fix this by reinstalling my i2c drivers but it only worked temporarily so I am forced to restart my laptop. Sometimes it restarts just fine but most of the time it get stuck while turning back on, sometimes it will successfully load but it will be extremely glitchy and borderline unuseable. I have tried to reinstall a new graphics driver which fixed the problem for a week then it went right back to this. I can "fix" this when its happening by restarting continuously but it will take from 15 minutes - 3 hours of just restarting. My i2c drivers
