Windows 10: Windows 11 restarts automatically each time I shutdown

Discus and support Windows 11 restarts automatically each time I shutdown in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I use the Windows/Start/Shutdown feature and my ultrabook HP Spectre360 powers off.     Windows 11 restarts automatically each time I shutdown


    I use the Windows/Start/Shutdown feature and my ultrabook HP Spectre360 powers off. But after 5 seconds, the laptop powers up again. I have tried changing power settings and turning off "Restart after crash". Has anyone else had this problem? Internet searches provide some solutions but none of them worked, so I'm looking for any new tips that someone might have.

    Go to pas't! Change system time! Set 1998 as default Year!

    Step 2

    Now! Sit back and relax and wait 11 Years until Windows 7 beta shutdown again ! Then
    repeat step 1
