    Windows 11 rollback to Windows 10 stuck in an endless loop


    Hi,Trying to rollback Windows 11 to Windows 10. It is stuck in an endless loop - so far 8 hours of continuous restart loops approx 1 minute intervals. “restoring your previous version of Windows”. Constant. Have tried repairing start up both with Win 10 and Win 11 on USB, tried system restore - tried everything I could find to get it up and running. Nothing works, just stuck in this endless loop.So at a total loss to get my PC back up and running, short of a fresh installation of Win 10. Win 11 has only been on for 5 daysAny ideas???Thanks

    • Have you checked if the hard disk is set as first boot device in the BIOS?
    • Which version of Windows is installed on the computer?
    • What did the HP supported suggested you to fix the issue?

    I have at my disposal two good Windows 10 usb sticks. I just used the wrong (bad) usb stick with Windows on it. I don't need to make another. Do you understand my problem about the endless loop my pc is stuck in? Thanks.
